What does vibrating table do?

Electromagnetic Vibration Table (Triaxial Direction)

This machine suitable for plastic industry polymer material mixing and processing such as, PVC, color master batch. Making the raw
material and compound mixing, and achieve the required color and quality. The machine adopts special heated mold, roll surface
temperature uniformity, never take off a layer, sample thickness can be mixed, the machine safety protection device, convenience
to use.

Features

1. X, y and Z axis vibration can be realized on the same table, with program control, accurate and balanced frequency,
and no drift during long-term operation;

2. With single point, segment and multi segment time timing;

3. Stepless amplitude adjustment, with frequency sweeping and frequency fixing functions, to meet the test requirements of different industries;

4.Embedded amplitude prediction program, four point synchronous excitation, uniform table vibration;

5. The anti-interference circuit is added to solve the interference of strong electromagnetic field to the control circuit, and the table top is non-magnetic and static.

6. It is made of composite industrial materials, precision processing, beautiful and generous platform, humanized operation and control, and adopts special measurement and control module to make the equipment work more stable.

Software functions:

The independently developed CIMS + FCS is adopted for the shaking table software system, which can be expanded and configured with acceleration sensor and PC monitoring. The latest international vibration test standards are quoted to realize the selection of fixed frequency, sweep frequency, frequency doubling, program, logarithm and random vibration modes
