1. The main power supply has power but the equipment cannot move up and down: Check whether the equipment cannot move after 15S (time), because the main power needs to self-check, which takes about 15S; Check whether the upper and lower limits are in the appropriate position and have a certain running space; Check whether the power supply voltage connected to the test machine is normal.
2. After the computer software is connected, a prompt box message appears showing overload: Check whether the communication line between the computer and the test machine is detached; Check whether the sensor is selected correctly when selecting the online connection; Check whether the sensor has been hit during the recent test or keyboard operation.
3. The pendulum position is abnormal, and the pendulum rod is not aligned with the vertical mark: the viscosity of the oil is too dirty or too large, and the oil needs to be changed; the force measuring piston does not rotate and there is a lot of friction or movement, check whether it is horizontal to eliminate it.
4. The pendulum returns abnormally, sometimes fast and sometimes slow: the buffer valve gear position is improperly placed: adjust the buffer valve to the appropriate position. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low or too high: When the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low, the pendulum falls back quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it falls back slowly. The hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity should be replaced.
